Non-subscription apps: If your account is still active and you have purchased your app directly from Adobe or registered it, you may be able to download from your account.
How to change your Adobe plan or subscription
If you purchased your plan from Adobe, you can change it in your Adobe account page. If you purchased elsewhere, contact the store directly.
- Sign in to https://account.adobe.com/plans.
- Select Manage plan for the plan you want to change.
- Select Change your plan.
Don’t see Change your plan? The option isn’t available if we’re processing your payment or had a problem with it. Try again in 24 hours. - Find the plan you want to switch to, and then click Select this plan.
- Choose your billing frequency and storage option.
- Review the plan details, and then select Agree and subscribe (or Confirm) to change your plan.
What happens after you change your plan?
After you change your plan:
- The existing plan is canceled, and you get the applicable refund for it.
- The new plan is effective immediately, and you receive a charge for the new plan.
- Your monthly billing date changes to the date you change your plan.
- For yearly plans, the new renewal date is one year after the date you change your plan. For example, if you change your plan on June 14, 2020, the new plan renews on June 14, 2021.
How to cancel your trial or subscription
You can cancel your trial or individual plan (purchased from Adobe) through your Adobe account page.
- Sign in to https://account.adobe.com/plans.
- Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel your plan.
Don’t see Cancel your plan? The option isn’t available if we’re processing your payment or had a problem with it. Try again in 24 hours. - Indicate the reason for cancellation, and then select Continue.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your cancellation.

Cancellation fee and refunds
A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.
What happens when I cancel my Creative Cloud subscription?
After you cancel your Creative Cloud subscription, you can no longer access your Creative Cloud applications, nor most of the services included in your paid Creative Cloud subscription.
